Whoever said that partying can’t help make the planet greener. Mary Kate Olsen just proved to us that yes, this can be done. We can party, have a lot of fun and yet still make little tributes to a greener and safer world to live in. Of course as expected, Mary Kate’s tribute didn’t involve amiable cleaning products or organic car cleaners and the like. Nevertheless, the deed was well appreciated by a lot of environmentalists.

People Magazine reported that Mary Kate Olsen together with her boyfriend Nate Lowman partied it down at the Greenhouse. The Greenhouse is one of New York’s primary environment-friendly nightclub. It is the first ever green nightlife destination. It takes pride of a bi-level 6,000 square foot club, event space and lounge which was built from recyclable materials and recycled ones. This club even went all the way to receiving a L.E.E.D registration. The award was awarded by the United States Green Buildings for the bar’s environmentally conscious design and construction.
Like Mary Kate, you do not necessarily need to use earth-friendly carpet cleaners, natural rust removers and the like. Think of creative and innovative ways to help save the planet and make the Earth greener and safer.
